摘要 目的：建立血小板抗原谱细胞并应用于血小板同种抗体检测及鉴定。方法：采用PCR-SSP方法对南宁地区1 500名无偿献血员做HPA 1-16 基因分型，根据结果挑选O型血小板建立一组血小板抗原谱细胞，并用第14届ISBT血小板免疫学研讨会参比血清验证该组血小板抗原谱细胞的表型。后应用于临床血小板同种抗体检测及第14～15届ISBT血小板免疫学研讨会样本检测。结果：挑选了6个表型与基因型一致、覆盖HPA 1-5和15系统的血小板建成血小板抗原谱细胞并成功应用于临床、科研样本检测及鉴定工作。结论：成功建立血小板抗原谱细胞，为血小板同种免疫异常性疾病的诊断和研究提供了实验依据。
The establishment of the platelet antigen panel cells and application in platelet antibody detection

Abstract Objective：To establish and application the platelet antigen panel cells . Methods: Platelet antigen HPA 1-16 from 1500 un-related blood donors in Nanning were detected by PCR-SSP technique, platelet antigen cells with O blood type were chosen to build the panel cells of platelet antigen. The phenotype of the panel cells were identified by the reference sera from 14th ISBT platelet immunology worshop. And then these panel cells can use to detect the platelet alloantibody. Results: Six platelet cells whose genotype coincided with phenotype and covered 12 antigens in HPA 1-5 and 15 systems were selected to establish the plalelet panel cells. We got the successfully achievements in platelet antibody identification by using these panel cells. Conclusion: Platelet antigen panel cell was established successfully. And this can provide experimental foundation for the diagnosis and research of platelet disimmunity diseases.
